NASAAEP is a unique organization that is a collaborative alliance of programs charged with planning, preparing for, and responding to disasters involving animals. Its members include agencies with legislative responsibility for animal issues (typically Departments of Agriculture, Boards of Animal Health, or Public Health), State Emergency Management Agencies, and response agencies including State Animal/Agricultural Response/Resource Team (SART) programs, veterinary medical reserve corps (VMRC), or similar programs under a variety of names. Additional members include non-governmental organizations, industry groups and others.
We anticipate participation from nearly all fifty states! Take this opportunity to expand your sales outreach into a growing field of animal rescue. Many attendees directly influence purchases made by their respective states and organizations.
BECOMING A NASAAEP SUMMIT SPONSOR
Sponsorship Levels
Sponsorship opportunities are now available for the 2019 NASAAEP Summit in Bellevue, WA. All available exhibitor and sponsorship are encouraged to reserve your spots for this years summit.

NASAAEP reserves the right to deny request to exhibit if the NASAAEP Board of Directors deems the organization unsuitable for the event. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond sponsors will receive a receipt from NASAAEP indicating the category and amount of sponsorship.
You are encouraged to register early as space is limited. In the event that two exhibitors are merchandising the same or similar products, NASAAEP reserves the right to limit this type of exhibit to the first exhibitor registered.
EXHIBITOR TABLES
Non-profit organizations - $500 USD
Commercial organizations - $750 USD
Don’t miss out on our Exhibit area. Ideally situated to surround a conference lounge area, you are right in the heart of the action. Each exhibiting organization will receive booth space for the first two (2) days of the conference. The exhibitor fee also includes registration for one individual from your organization and an Exhibitors reception.
BRONZE SPONSORS

Our Bronze sponsor will receive booth space in our exhibit hall, one registration for the Summit and a mention in our program and on the NASAAEP Summit website.
SILVER SPONSORS

$2,500 to 4,999 USD

Silver sponsors receive all the benefits of our Bronze level, PLUS sponsorship of two (2) breakout sessions with your name prominently displayed at the door and mention in opening comments.
GOLD SPONSORS

Our Gold sponsors receive all the benefits of the Silver level, PLUS sponsorship of a general session.

EXHIBITOR WELCOME RECEPTION SPONSORSHIP

On the first day of the Summit there will be a welcome reception for all participants in the Exhibitor Hall. Sponsors receive one (1) registration to attend the Summit, their logo will be projected in the Exhibitor Hall during the event along with mention in the reception opening comments, mention in the Summit programs and NASAAEP website and sponsorship of a general session.
LUNCH SPONSORSHIPS
$5,000 USD / Lunch Opportunity

There are three (3) lunch sponsorship opportunities at the Summit (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Sponsors receive one (1) registration to attend the Summit, their logo will be projected in the lunch room during the sponsored meal along with mention in the meal opening comments, sponsor logo will be printed in the Summit programs and NASAAEP website, and a sponsorship of a general session.
